SLA Alerts for Jira Service desk Desk shows alerts to Service Desk service desk users when a the SLA timer on an issue has been breached or is about to be breached. Set the SLA timers that users need to be alerted for and configure when alerts should start appearing and who needs to receive them.


This is the free version of the SLA Alerts app by TIG. This version of the app is a limited version that provides you the core of our app and provides some of the features we offer in the full version.
